What if I am planning to send more than 100,000 notifications?

What if I am planning to send more than 500,000 notifications?

If you send more than 500,000 notifications, you qualify as a High Volume Customer. You might consider investing on an Enterprise license. The Enterprise Plan can include a dedicated server physically located in a region of your choosing, along with personalization and a setup project with training for your agents.

What if I exceed my limit?

If you exceed your notification limit, you will get an error and your notifications will not be delivered.

That said, we will increase your limit manually if you need us to temporarily raise it. We review the fees annually, so as long as you do not exceed the annual notification limit, everything is ok.
