Sunshine Conversations Pricing
Zendesk® Sunshine Conversations (formerly Smooch) has 3 editions: Starter, Premium, and Enterprise. Each edition adds features on top of the previous one, and the choice primarily depends on the number of active monthly users, monthly notifications, channels, sub-accounts, and the type of SLAs and onboarding services.
The pricing is determined by a fixed monthly fee and variable charges as per monthly active users (the total number of end users engaged in any number of sent or received messages in the month.) and monthly notifications (outbound messages or responses after a certain period of time like 24 hours for Facebook apps) on top of the included ones in the selected edition.
A 14-day free trial is available and plans can be upgraded at any time. In case you go over the monthly active user limit, you will be notified. In that scenario, you will still receive messages but will not be able to send messages until you upgrade.
