If this is the case, we will guide you through the integration process to make sure that your support is more efficient and liked by agents.

Private apps to synchronize information across your different software platforms, or to trigger specific actions directly from Zendesk®’s interface.
Point to point integrations to display information from your existing IT systems (customer id, booking reference related to the ticket) on the Zendesk®’s workspace so your staff can provide a better service.
