Each edition adds functionality on top of the previous one, and the most appropriate one to start with basically depends on the number of sales reps, departments and pipelines, and the types of integrations, reports, roles, and task automations.

A 14-day free trial is also available and the configurations and activities you carry out will still be in place when you contract Zendesk®. At any time, additional users can be added, and editions can be upgraded.
