Connecting Zendesk and Hubspot to maximize conversion
Hubspot is one of the main inbound Marketing platforms. Zendesk® has developed two applications:
- Hubspot to view ticket and CSAT information associated with Zendesk® customers in HubSpot.
- Hubspot for Sell to view details about the campaigns customers have received and the actions they took with them.
Hubspot has developed another app called Data Sync for a two-say sharing of information between both SaaS, avoiding manual data entries or massive imports.
Other partners have created applications for viewing and creating data to HubSpot from Zendesk® Support (Hubspot by Helphouse.io), or seeing the latest deals on Zendesk® Support (Hubspot by MWB)
