Prestashop is one of the main ecommerce providers in Europe. Working with the partner 202 Ecommerce, Zendesk® has developed an application for Support to show relevant customers’ information so agents can deal with most of the cases without leaving the Zendesk® console and therefore reinforcing its role as a CRM or ticketing or service automation software.
At a first glance, this app lets us know the end user’s name, first purchase date, and recent orders. When more information is required about one of the latter, we can see its date, product name, quantity, and the billing and shipping addresses.
It is also very easy to embed the Support widget on your Prestashop store. You can view more details on this integration and install it by going to Zendesk®'s marketplace.
