Adding videocalling capabilities
As one of the most used video and web conferencing tools, Zoom is very popular among Startups and is growing its penetration in the Enterprise segment thanks among others to agreements like the one signed with Oracle in which both parties are vendors and customers.
Zoom has developed its integration app with Zendesk® to schedule and launch a video meeting directly from a ticket.
The meeting information is posted as a private comment on the ticket when a session ends, and its recording can be viewed from within the browser.
This integration allows agents to concentrate on resolving issues and using Zoom directly from the Workspace, only leaving it when the video conference starts (they can always be back to the Zendesk® interface once it has been launched).
